ABOUT

Built for a different kind of advantage.

Large consulting firms are often optimized for breadth, scale, and specialization.

Amplara Advisors is optimized for integration, senior judgment, cross-disciplinary problems, and decisions that need to move.

We are designed for situations where the organization does not simply need more analysis. It needs someone to integrate the analysis, clarify the real question, make the trade-offs visible, align the people whose decisions matter, and help turn direction into action.

The goal is not more consulting. It is more useful judgment.

FOUNDED AT THE INTERSECTION OF MEDICINE, BUSINESS, AND DESIGN

Manuel Hernandez, MD, MS, MBA

Dr. Manuel Hernandez founded Amplara Advisors around the belief that healthcare decisions are stronger when the realities of the boardroom, the bedside, the operating environment, and the built environment are considered together.

His career has moved across those settings rather than remaining inside a single discipline.

As a physician, strategist, executive advisor, and design thinker, he brings a perspective shaped by how healthcare decisions are made, how care is delivered, how organizations operate, and how those choices ultimately become real for patients, clinicians, employees, and the systems that support them.

THE CLINICAL PERSPECTIVE IS CURRENT, NOT HISTORICAL

Dr. Hernandez continues to practice medicine.

That matters because healthcare strategy can look very different from the bedside than it does in a planning document.

Workforce constraints, technology, throughput, access, handoffs, patient expectations, operational friction, and the physical environment are not abstractions. They shape the delivery of care every day.

The work is informed by healthcare as it is actually experienced, not only by how it appears in the data.

THE PROBLEM DETERMINES THE TEAM

Different challenges require different combinations of expertise.

Amplara Advisors draws on a trusted network of experienced advisors, specialists, and partner firms to add the clinical, operational, analytical, planning, financial, or technical capabilities an engagement requires.

The team is assembled around the work rather than forcing every client into the same staffing model.

The expertise can expand. Senior continuity does not disappear.

Bring us the problem, not the service request.

You do not need to know exactly what kind of engagement you need.
